The two partners of the company, Ashley Cochrane and Mark Jolley, met at a stone masonry course many years ago. That week they built a beautiful stone wall and they have enjoyed working together ever since. They are now married and living in the country, near Perth, Ontario.  They are continually pursuing their passion for horticulture, whether it is growing edibles or ornamentals on their property.  

Ashley Cochrane

With a degree in landscape architecture from the University of Guelph, Ashley was drawn to the juxtaposition of built form and the natural environment. Ashley provides unique designs that reflect her clients’ needs and lifestyles. She excels at gaining her clients’ trust by listening carefully to their wish list and transforming their space into one that is functional, flexible, and vibrant. Ashley’s designs have won construction awards with Landscape Ontario, a province wide landscape association. When she isn’t designing, she loves to cook, garden, snowboard and travel.

Mark Jolley

Mark is highly skilled at taking a landscape plan and making it a reality. He has a keen eye for detail, is meticulous to a fault, and treats every property like it is his own.  He is excellent at communicating the construction process to the client, so that they understand every facet of the project. He loves seeing a project evolve from the preliminary design, right through to watering the last newly planted garden. Mark’s hobbies include making maple syrup, tending to his beehives and growing great food.
