This has been a really great project to work on. Perth’s old swimming pool has been defunct for a long time and several years ago underwent a dry stone bridge project. North 44 was involved in the conceptual design and presentation to town council and prepared the technical drawings for project construction. We worked with Geoff Hodgins, who did the architectural plans for the building redesign. Phase one of this project was completed in 2017. Stonebridge Landscaping was awarded the landscaping contract and Norwood Masonry the building renovations. This will be a wonderful space for hosting community events, or to simply sit on one of the terraced amphitheatre walls and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Tay River. There will be tie ups for boaters to easily dock. Fittingly named ‘Terrace on the Tay’, we look forward to it becoming a well known and enjoyed space by everyone in the community.
